This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled when you visit https://www.brainseed-factory.com (the "Site").

WHAT WE COLLECT

The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Our web server processes the technical data your browser transmits (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) solely to deliver the Site securely and reliably; short-lived technical logs may be kept for troubleshooting and abuse prevention (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The Site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH on servers in Germany, which processes this connection data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server.

VIDEOS

Trailer videos are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only after you actively press play. When you do, YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) receives your IP address and may process data under Google's privacy policy.

CONTACT FORM

If you use our contact form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, subject and message) in order to answer your inquiry. Your message is transmitted to us by email and stored on our server so it cannot be lost; we keep it only as long as needed to handle your request or as required by law (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). We do not share this data with third parties unless we are legally required to do so.
